Former parliamentary leader of the Democratic Alliance, Lindiwe Mazibuko, will be staying on at Harvard, this time to lecture.
Mazibuko, who recently completed her Masters degree in public administration, will teach an eight week programme to students. She said that she will “focus on how South Africa achieved its freedom and democracy, and talk about the challenges our country faces.”
In a statement, Harvard University welcomed the members of the Fall 2015 Resident Fellows, saying: “We welcome all the members. This is a dynamic group of people.” Mazibuko will return to politics soon after the Harvard programme ends.
