WATCH: Local chef uses his passion to give back to his community

Meet Kelvin Joel. Pastry chef, co-owner of the Johannesburg Culinary and Pastry School, regular at the Market on Main, guest on MasterChef SA and selected to showcase South African Gastronomy in Paris, France, Joel is cetainly impressive. But the real meat to his story started a long time ago in Westbury, Johannesburg. In his words, a youngster with no guidance — mixed up with drugs and rubbish all over the place.
